I’m Sydney! I am a lifestyle photographer based in beautiful East Tennessee. I’ve been capturing memories for couples and families for the last 12 years. These are the photos that will fill up the albums your children will be flipping through one day. That’s why it’s my goal to capture images that portray who the people in them are. I take a laid-back documentary approach in my photography - guiding the sessions, but also stepping back to capture the in-between-moments, aka the good stuff. I’m so glad you’re here and am honored that you’ve taken the time to see what I’m all about!

Weddings will always be so special to me. With over 100 weddings under my belt, it almost feels like they are a part of me! I would be honored to capture one of the most important days of your life.
To me, photos should only be part of your wedding day, not the focus of it. It’s one of the best days of your life so I want you to be able to live in it. That’s why I like to capture a mix of posed and candid moments. For parts of the day I’ll be posing you for those frame-worthy moments that are only possible with a little directing and prompting. But for the rest of the day, you can find me in the background capturing the in-between stuff - hugs from mom, tears with dad, laughter with bridesmaids, and most importantly all the sweet little moments with the love of your life.
